RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every Parvaneh piece is one-of-a-kind — made in small batches from rescued and deadstock fabric, so once a piece sells, it's often gone for good. Because of this:

- Store credit only, no refunds, within 7 days of delivery, for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.
- No exchanges — since each piece is unique, we can't guarantee a replacement in the same fabric or size.
- Final sale on any item marked as such, and on all sale/discounted pieces.
- Please check the Size Guide on each product page before ordering — as a small studio, we can't always accommodate quick reshipping.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged; we'll offer store credit or repair, evaluated case by case.
